The process starts with an introductory consultation to get you to know you/your group’s travel style, preferences, and overall vision of your trip. Once we have an idea about the scope of the itinerary or trip you have in mind, including your travel style and budget, we can then get to work on your customized proposal.

The design phase of the process is highly collaborative and may involve additional conversations so that we can refine the design and create a travel experience that is truly “you”. Working meticulously behind the scenes, we will leverage our global network of partners to design beautifully curated itineraries that include accommodations, excursions, transportation, , and other special design elements and insider tips. This will be our working blueprint as we put all the pieces together!

Once you select the best travel options for you, we reserve all the elements and provide you with all the confirmations.  The process doesn’t stop here. We will provide you with ongoing advocacy throughout your trip. As we count down the days to departure, we will stay engaged and connected with you, keeping you in the loop of any changes or new information that might be of interest and staying on top of any changes that might have occurred in your travel party that we might need to know about.

The last step is that we want you to share your experience with us! Once you arrive safely home, we will check in and follow up about your adventures.
